Laga88 services are limited to individuals who meet the following eligibility criteria:

• At least 18 years old at the time of registration.

• Registering under your own name and not on behalf of another person.

Each member is only permitted to hold one (1) laga88 account. Owning more than one account ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts along with forfeiture of any remaining balances.

• All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete and up to date. Providing false information is sufficient grounds for account closure without any refund.

• After 90 days of inactivity, a monthly maintenance fee of RM 10 will be charged against the account balance until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated.
• To reactivate an inactive account, members simply need to log in and make any deposit or wagering transaction.
• Accounts with a zero balance that have been inactive for more than 365 days may be permanently closed without further notice.
